Questions employers actually ask.
Can we enrol multiple staff members at once?
Yes. We regularly work with employers enrolling 2-20+ staff at a time. We will confirm cohort availability, stagger start dates if needed, and send a single invoice for the group.
Do staff need to be in the same location?
No. All courses are fully online. Staff can join from different sites, from home, or from any device. There is no requirement to attend a physical location at any point.
How long does it take from enrolment to certificate?
The 3-Evening Intensive can take as little as 2-3 weeks from start to certificate. The 10-Week Live Course takes approximately 12 weeks including exam. The 5-Day Self-Study course is self-paced and can be completed in days.
What qualification does the staff member receive?
A Highfield Level 2 Functional Skills qualification in English or Maths (or both). This is an Ofqual-regulated qualification recognised by employers, training providers, and professional bodies across the UK.
Is this accepted for apprenticeship standards?
Yes. Highfield Functional Skills Level 2 is accepted as meeting the English and Maths requirements across the vast majority of apprenticeship standards. If you are unsure about a specific standard, contact us and we will confirm.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes. We issue invoices for all team and bulk enrolments. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date. We do not require card details for employer enrolments.
