Free Functional Skills Maths Level 2 Worksheets with Answers

The Functional Skills Maths Level 2 exam is a single paper in two sections – a short non-calculator section and a longer calculator section – and almost every question is a problem set in a real context: a wage slip, a delivery schedule, a recipe, a budget. Marks are awarded for method as well as answers, and for stating a decision at the end of ‘is it enough?’ or ‘which is cheaper?’ questions.

Every worksheet below uses that exam style and comes with worked answers – the method, not just the final number – plus a short list of where candidates typically lose marks on the topic. Start with the topics the mini mock test flagged, or work down the checklist.
