When are the live lessons and how long are they?
Live lessons are 90 minutes each week, held in the evenings (typically 6:30-8:00 PM or 7:00-8:30 PM). We offer multiple time slots each week so you can choose what works best for your schedule. All lessons are recorded if you need to catch up.
What technology do I need for online lessons?
Just a computer, tablet, or smartphone with internet connection. We use Zoom for lessons (free to join) and provide full technical support. You don’t need any special software or equipment – we’ll help you get set up before your first lesson.
Do I need to buy a calculator or other materials?
All course materials are included in the price – workbooks, practice papers, formula sheets, and guides are posted to you. You’ll need a basic calculator (we’ll recommend specific models) but everything else is provided.
What support do I get between lessons?
You get email and WhatsApp support throughout the course. Stuck on homework? Send a photo of the problem and we’ll help. Most questions are answered within a few hours during weekdays.
What happens if I don’t pass first time?
